Cannot get my front doorbell on line
Just went offline and all other items are online, including the floodlight on the driveway, it's on, but the doorbell is not connected online.

System goes offline and no one knows what is happening. Everyone needs to report to the FCC and initiate a class action lawsuit. Everyone needs to demand a full refund from this entity with lousy IT and customer service!

Secutiry screw for doorbell cover
2 things:
1. Design cover access to be on top of the bell.
It is very difficult to unscrew the security screw from the bottom.
2.
Send at least 1 extra security screw. They are so small and difficult to handle.

Verified Reviewer |No notifications as to auto renewal
Ring corporate needs to send its customers an email or text the month before renewal to remind us that renewal is going to be deducted from the account. Proper etiquette from a business.
Every company does this except Ring. If enough of us complain, maybe they could take the time to do this for customer satisfaction.

Setting up Ring
I cant tell you how much your Rep helped us in setting up our Ring system. She spent over an hour with us and was so patient.
I wish I could remember her name. I also called about getting more window stickers as some of our Ring boxes did not contain them.
I was saddened to learn that it would cost me money after spending about $1,000 on cameras and equipment. Bad policy!!
Pay plan is wrong
I change my phone got a new phone now they said I owe them. I paid for a year so why do I need to pay again please give me an answer because thats not right no fair? Can I get the truth because everybody be ignoring me I paid $99.00 for the year

Every ring camera that we've purchased has had to be replaced within months. Some cameras, 2-3 times so far.
Talking to the Indian customer service people is just awful. They will ask a question and just continue talking for another minute or two, never giving you a chance to just answer. They talk and talk and talk and talk. I'm on the call with them for over an hour each time for something that could have been discussed in 15 minutes.
I wish I'd never purchased the alarm system and all of the cameras. It just sucks.

Awaited contact from Ring that was ignored then and still ignored today. They don't seem to care about customers' problems with their doorbell cameras not picking up motion.
If the cameras are unreliable, then what good are they?
It's comforting to know a stranger is approaching your door. It's not comforting to know that a stranger could be approaching your door and you may not be aware of it.
Recently we replaced our first wired rechargeable Ring doorbell camera with a newer model. Since the installation, we've found that the triggering mechanism fails to work all the time and pick up motion in its line of sight.
We have had people entering and leaving the door where it is located and vehicles coming into the vision field, and Ring doesn't pick up and send a notification. Our older model worked better.
Solution?
(Currently out of the country until 7/27, so email response to this issue would work rather than phone.)

Sucks
All I wanted was to talk to someone about changing my credit card to another one to pay my bill. Never could get a real person.
So when you file my bill with my old credit card it want go through. Very disappointed.
Thinking of just dropping this account. AI is a big headache.
